Welders and procedures are approved to ASME IX and EN 15614 / 287. Welding processes include GTAW, SMAW, SAW, GMAW and FCAW.
We have over 50 welders at our disposal who are dual coded to weld on both ASME and PED projects. An inhouse welder's training facility allows HENRY to maintain a high quality level on all projects, and facilitates the continuous development of new procedures.
Welding equipment is routinely calibrated and maintained in accordance with our ISO9001 quality system.

The manufacturing plant can accommodate units up to 12' (4.658m) in diameter, by 80' (24.38m) in length. Two overhead cranes with a total capacity of 100 ton rail access into the factory and large doors facilitate the construction of units up to 100 tons.

HENRY TECHNOLOGIES designs to ASME Section VIII and other international design codes using a variety of industry standard software including ANSYS, HTFS, HTRI, COADE PV ELITE augmented with our own in-house mechanical design program that generates the specific code calculations to meet customers' specifications.
